The Organization for the Reconstruction of the Communist Party of Greece (OAKKE) condemns the abduction of Venezuelan President Maduro by Trump’s USA as a blunt, bellicose imperialist attack against a sovereign country and as a strategic provocation in favor of the neo-Hitlerite Russian-Chinese Axis. Maduro is a loathsome fascist and a crude dictator, but only the people of Venezuela had the right to depose him by force, as he relied on internal reactionary forces and not on any foreign occupying army. Therefore, this abduction has politically strengthened the fascists who supported Maduro in the long run, rather than weakening them.
