Putin in a slowly dying Greece
THE TIME OF THE HYENA
The imperialist and fascist Putin’s Russia of today is not an ordinary hyena that simply devours a prey having been formerly wounded by some other imperialist wild animals. It is a hyena that has played the most decisive role in the formation of the deep wound that has been painstakingly
killing the country and our people.
It is Russia’s buddies, namely Prime Ministers and leading party cadres, within Greece that have been intensively working during the last decades for the de-industrialization and the overall production
disinvestment of the country, especially under ecological and so-called anti-capitalistic pretexts. It is this kind of sabotage that forced our country into bankruptcy and brought about the successive and more and more painstaking for the people memorandums only in Greece and not in any other South European country. That happened because not only did the sabotage continue during the bankruptcy period but it continued with even greater intensity than before. It is no coincidence that the most pro-Russian parties, the SYRIZA and the pseudo-CPG, are the ones that carried out the most extensive sabotage in industrial production and generally in investments, while during the crisis Russia herself took care to keep the price of natural gas much higher for Greece (35%) than for other countries, thereby helping to crush the Greek heavy industry. Nor is it a coincidence that the countries which pro ted most from the Greek catastrophe aren’t the European creditor ones, as the pro-russians claim, but the Russian and Chinese allies that have been cheaply buying the best stakes of the country, such as ports (COSCO), plants (Dodoni, SEKAP), the state gambling (OPAP), banks (Nesis in Piraeus Bank), football teams, expensive tourist real estate (Savidis), and even islands round which they establish territorial waters with government approval (Ribolovlev in Scorpios). Finally, it is no coincidence that the oligarchs who have basically enriched themselves during the last decades and emerged more powerful out of the crisis due to political favors (such as Bobolas, Kokkalis, Kopelouzos, Germanos, etc.) have special ties with the pseudo-CPG and SYRIZA or also with Russia herself. The colonial plunder of a country can only be politically realized through a fascist regime. Putin poses as an antifascist but his propagandistic instrument, “Russia Today”, and his arch-fascist theoretician A. Dugin rmly support the “Golden Dawn” Nazi gang, which in turn provides Putin with the most shameless support. Besides, the close ties between the Foreign Minister N. Kotzias and Dugin are not accidental, nor is such the political-judicial assistance o ered to the murderers of the “Golden Dawn” by SYRIZA. However, the most alarming thing is the quick Putinization of the political life of our country through the SYRIZA-ANEL coalition’s campaign for the control of judicial power and the TV channels (typical of this is the - nancial su ocation of the oppositional MEGA Channel organized by the governement), as well as the great purges in the army through the of- cers’ selections. That’s why Tsipras wants the far-rightwing P. Kamenos in the Ministry of Defense. Unless we resist to the hyena an even worse hunger for the people, an open political dictatorship and then war are ahead of us. The biggest problem is that the current so-called pro-Western leaderships of the ND, PASOK, “The River”, and “Union of Centrists” parties are actually pro-Putin, that’s why they have never denounced the Russian aggression.
